YOu need to enforce. What would mom do if the child was grumpy and didn't want to go to school? As part of contempt request that mom be ordered to put the child into once a week counseling sessions that you can participate in by phone.
Do you advise I file contempt for multiple missed visitations in one filing or to file separate forms for each missed visitation? Thank you kindly.

GIve me a break on economics 101...every time the kid is "grumpy" Mom saves an airfare ..the kid is destined to be permanently "grumpy"

GIven the multiple violations, I think you might be smarter to use counsel and seek make up time plus your legal costs ...if you are going to attack then do not bring a rubber knife to the fight ..send in a paid advocate armed with the best you can afford.

The OP asked in another thread how he should file the FL-140 form in this case. He has already been told in that thread to ask here.

Looks to me that the California FL-140 form is for financial disclosure, not Contempt of Court.

I agree that the form mentioned by CarmelMike does not appear to be the appropriate form.

He can contact the court and ask what form the court uses for contempt of court filings. He needs only file once for all of the missed visitations.

To avoid the risk of advising the OP what form to file, thereby committing the crime of UPL, I'll simply say that I used the following search terms in Google to find the right form:

california family court contempt form

Correct. I have completed fl-410, fl-412 and fl-411.
This forum has been very helpful. Thank you all.
