can anyone tell me how I would file on my daughters step mother for custodial interferrence. This is like the third time that her, not my daughters father has refused my visits with my daughter plus she is always sending me nasty offline messages. I do not know how much more I can take of her crap,

I'm not sure how you would go about filing such a thing... I'm sure some other folks can point you in the right direction for that. But as with any case of a criminal nature... you need evidence. Make sure you have some DOCUMENTED proof she did what you are saying.
