If it can be determined that his condition was such that he should have been admitted to the hospital in Oklahoma (assuming as Dallas said that the Oklahoma hospital was equipped to handle his care), the hospital potentially could be negligent if an unnecessary transfer out of the hospital compromised his medical condition.
