How to legally evict

Washington State ~ How would one evict a tenant legally on the fact that he is putting others health at risk by not cleaning up his blood or bodily fluids?

He has an infected wound that he has neglected to follow the advice of medical professionals. It has oozed puss and blood and he walks around the house barefoot. He has left this mess in the bathroom after bathing. Including blood soiled towels! Someone had just came out of the bathroom after finishing disinfecting it after his use and there he was with his leg up over the side of the kitchen counter and his foot in the sink washing it. Literally right next to the clean dishes!

Help! How do I get this guy out with no repercussion?

It's not OP's property. It's her/his aunts illegal rooming house. 1 bathroom for 14 people including small children. OP deleted a thread that already explained how to evict.

What did you learn from blood born pathogen search that may have lead you to American red cross or a video that would be part of the same basic training that a nursing home staff, direct support staff in group homes , house keepers, Janitors and such get when hired ? Other wise your states statutes may be your best answer as to what a notice must say and how much notice itself when you check your state govt web page links for landlord and tenant.

Nobody explained how to evict. Furthermore, your facts you pointed out are incorrect. You are making accusations based on what you assume. Please, move on to another thread unless you're answering MY questions. Thank you.

They are in violation of my states landlord tenant act. The violations are under the tenants duties.

The answer to your question is in your state ll /tenant statutes. Google it up and follow the directions.

SInce when is LL entitled or required to evict one tenant to appease another tenant over some supposed matter of public health ? Depending the era, people with TB, Polio , AIDS, Spanish Flu or smokers of various substances could be booted?
