I came in here to get suggestions on how to prove my point in DC courts since I have been able to find that overnight stays are counted as a day towards shared custody in child support in many states guidelines just not in Washington DC where it is up to the judges interoperation so some judges in DC count nights and some count hours, but instead I have received ignorance from the peanut gallery.

What you need to find is case law...and with the comments you have made to the VOLUNTEERS on this site we are not inclined to look them up for you...

Monday you can go to the court house and utilize their Law Library.

See, the problem is that most of the people in here feel you have NO point.
Oh, and my 3 kids (who I have sole custody of, btw) thank you for your comment on my manhood :rolleyes:

It's the internet I was hoping that someone might have had a similar experience and could point me in the right direction. I was not expecting to be hit with VOLUNTARY insults. I guess I think to much of people.
