I can tell you that some words used in some trademarks must be disclaimed by the trademark registrant because the words are generic and can be used by anyone. What can be protected is the combination of words or how the words appear (font, color, design, etc). It appears that this is how one of the words being used in the trademark you are considering has gained trademark rights for the trademark holder. A more thorough review than mine will be necessary.
