Mom and child were living with grandparents. Mom and child moved out. Grandparents talked/bribed mom into letting the child live with them. Dad wants custody because the child isn't living with a parent.

Grandparents intend to lie in court and state that mom still lives with them because they want mom to retain custody so that the child can continue to live with them. Therefore dad needs to prove that mom no longer lives there.
I know the back story. ;) Just trying to impress upon OP that he REALLY needs to stop starting threads every time a new thought pops into his head.

AND, from one of his other billion or so threads, I thought he'd indicated that kiddo HAS been living with Mom, and just "staying" with grandparents off and on.
