Thanks.

Okay. Let’s see if I have this right. You were injured at work and sued your employer.

Did you file a workers compensation claim?

Did you not respond to the defendant-employer’s request for discovery?

It sounds as if you need an attorney to assist you with your personal injury claim. Personal injury attorneys generally are not paid until you recover damages. Initial consultations generally are free.

So my case was closed for not COMPLYING what can I do
Jettedward, why don’t you start with your state name and follow that with the reason for the personal injury suit and the result of the civil action. Did you lose the suit or were you awarded damages?
No it was closed I didn't respond cause I never recieved what the order said so I want to file a motion to vacate and set aside reinstate and open case

Okay. I think you will be able to refile your suit if you have not run up against the statute of limitations. I also think you require the personal services of an attorney in your area. I don’t think a forum will be of much help to you.

No I never got paid the defendant offered 5000 in workers comp claim which mean I had to not file assaulted and battery false imprisonment trespass to property conversion breach of contract tortious interference and reimbursement of unjust enrichment

You can hire an attorney who may have better luck at getting the facts out of you than we are doing.

You should have an attorney in your area handling this for you. You have 3 years from the date of the injury to file suit.

If you signed any settlement agreement in exchange for $5000, take that document to the attorney for review.

Yes got police report treated at e.r.
You should include the police report with all of the other documents you have when you meet with the personal injury attorneys.

Stick strictly to the facts in these initial appointments. It can be best to write facts out in the order of occurrence. Let the attorneys ask you to fill in the details if more information is necessary.
