Then take it to court.

And having an IQ does NOT = someone having an ounce of common sense.

Big advice here: don't see anyone while you are LEGALLY married to someone. It can be viewed as ADULTERY.

oh dear GAWD!! man! you have no rights to evict your wife. where do you get off? you are MARRIED! you have no authority over her.

want full use of the home? FILE FOR DIVORCE AND ASK FOR IT. the judge will give her a move out date. not YOU!

she doesn't have to give you one dime! there is nothing forcing her to. she's not squatting. she LIVING IN HER HOME!

that notarized piece of toilet paper? is not worth anything.

If you had an attorney, they probably, at some point, would have let you know that you can get a 'bed and board divorce' which awards exclusive use of the home to one of the parties PRIOR TO the required one year separation requirement being met.

Your attorney also would have advised you that you cannot evict your wife from the marital home, that it's a bad idea to date while you're accusing HER of adultery, that shutting off the utilities and taking your children from THEIR HOME just to punish your wife would be a bad idea (stunningly bad), and that all of these things that you're doing on your own are likely to LENGTHEN the battles and not shorten them.
