I was rear ended last two months and the other driver's insurance was called, they asked if i am hurt and isaid yes .If iam going to see a doctor and isaid yes. The adjuster said to me , I do not have the need to go to the doctor, that he will offer me atotal of 500 dollars for settlement, i insisted on seeing my doctor , and he told me ,"if you go to the doctor and accumulate a medical bill then we won't be able to offer you any money again" i still insisted 'cos i really need to see a doctor and make sure every thing is fine, i went to the doctor who recommended therapy .i now finished the therapy. What do i do next? Have this insurance the right not to pay for my pain and suffering as the claims personnel said or what? Do i need an attorney? I am in tx.

My response:

Go see a Personal Injury attorney. The insurance company adjuster is bluffing you, and trying to get out of the claim as cheaply as possible. Go today.
