Georgia. I know someone who has filed a wrongful termination suit against a large corporation in Georgia. She is claiming sexual discrimination. Her supervisor had received the promotion she wanted, and now she claims he made inappropriate comments and made her uncomfortable, so she refused to work with him. She was subsequently fired. This happened a little over a year ago and and she just now filed a case. She did not claim harassment to HR and just did this as an after thought (Me Too movement!). She extremely manipulative and is an outstanding victim. I have information that I would like to anonymously provide to the corporation's defense attorney... such as similar behavior at her job prior to the one that fired her. Can I do this?
