Your legal answer is to tell a counselor or teacher of your abuse. Allow me to say as the father of a teenager and a soon to be teenager that ALL teens think that their parents are terrible people that don't respect the children's opinions enough. Usually, it is because teenager's opinions of the world are so rosy colored that they bear no resemblance to reality.

If you are being abused - and from your post you don't approach that standard, contact a person that can help you. Again, I don't understand what you wanted us to do. We cannot change the law just because you really really want to and have a brand new word of the day calendar to help you.
