Not only that...In my 3 or so years here...I have never in my life seen IAAL be that 'humble' or polite.

I don't buy it.

He is more the succinct...straight to the point...get to the quick, type of personality. There is no beating around the bush with him.

Like I said, I don't think Attorney Answer is truly IAAL.

The legal knowledge is akin to IAAL's, but the tone is all wrong.

The other "Mary" posters, even though they were rude, obnoxious, and annoying, were in his voice. This person is TOO NICE to be IAAL. It doesn't even sound like him unless he is trying to be sugary sweet so that Mary will let him stay.

It could be that he is FINALLY getting sick of being banned 10 times a day.

Well, he's apparently spoken to her already, since we can now post words such as "primary custody", "Maryland" and even "Mary" alone without it now showing up as "pri****", "****land" and "****". Those words are no longer censored as they have been. This has happened since yesterday, as those words which had the name of "mary" in them anywhere were still censored.

Whatever truce they came to is between them. IAAL is a wealth of legal knowledge and has answered questions for me on more than one occasion, however the actions of whomever has been posting as IAAL and the Mary-bashing names was reprehensible. If it was IAAL, then hopefully he'll go back to being his informational, knowledgable, snarky self. If it wasn't IAAL and truly a paralegal in his office, then I hope he takes proper actions against this person.

I agree... the sugary sweetness of those other posts is not in IAAL's style and I think I need to check my blood glucose levels. However, like I said... whatever truce/agreement him and Mary have is between those 2. If we have a more toned down IAAL, so be it. I'd still take his legal advice over anyone on this site any day of the week.

Or he wishes to apologize...but doesn't want to concede in "public".

I am more willing to believe all of the other monikers (including the offensive ones) where more of his personality than this "Attorney Answer"
