Thanks so much for your consideration. I wrote the judge explaining my opposition to the summary judgement. It has been struck from the docket for time being and a case status conference was set. Meanwhile I decided I just was not qualified to defend myself any further without counsel (nobody will help on such short notice)and contacted opposing counsel and agreed to settle. It was then that I recieved the settlement agreement requiring confidentiality. Any thoughts?
