I have 2 minor infraction warrants ( not signaling for more than 2 seconds and no insurance) and how can they say he was associated with someone involved in criminal activity when we had absolutely no knowledge of the mattresses being stolen until later informed by the police. I’ve got the emails/evidence of proof that we bought them from someone online. If we were able to show that to the officers when they came to our house they said he wouldn’t have been arrested. But unfortunately we didn’t know the password to log into the account from his phone and my phone was dead. That being said if he goes to court and they can’t prove that he had knowledge or thoughts that the mattresses were stolen and with the evidence that we have.. let’s say the charge gets dropped case dismissed.. does he still get a violation of parole even though he was found not guilty?
Your "minor infractions" became more serious when you failed to comply with a court order (to either appear in court or pay a fine), hence the arrest warrants.

Whether your fiancé has his parole revoked or not is not something we can predict with any sort of certainty. The most we can say is that it is possible.

Both you and your fiancé should have attorneys. Good luck.

I did that as a side hustle back when I was a debt collector. I would buy out hotels that were upgrading their mattresses and sell the used ones. I made a killing. But I stored my mattresses in a storage unit - not my driveway.

There are small roadside signs posted at a few busy intersections around here advertising mattresses for sale. I always wondered who would buy them. Now I at least have an idea of who would sell them. :)
