What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas
I have a friend whom became pregnant in USA while she was here as tourist.
She became a overstayer and is now illegal in USA.
She does hardly have any money left to support herself or to pay for a lawyer.
She likes to stay in USA with the father.
What would be her best options and road to walk ?
Thanks.

if she is now an illegal, she will need to get an attorney to get help giong through the red tape. it is quite possible she may need to leave and come back on legal terms.

We know she needs an attorney but she has no money, are there any free lawyers for her?
Would it be a good idea to inform immigration and ask for help ?

she's going to either have to use the internet to find a free attorney, or use a phone book. we don't do referrals here.

HECK no. USCIS will NOT help her - well, maybe help her pack her things, but other than that? Informing them of her status and presence is likely not the wisest choice.

If she entered legally and simply overstayed, marrying her US citizen (assuming he is...) boyfriend may enable her to adjust status legally.

Provided of course that she's not marrying him PURELY for immigration purposes.

Well, if she is pregnant it wouldn't be PURELY for immigration purposes...the pregnancy would figure in there at least a tiny bit.;)
