Hey what do you expect? I mean look at the answer to my post ROTFLMAO!!tranquility said:When a person asks questions and gets numerous correct answers from those more knowledgable on the topic than he (for free!), and that person refuses to accept any of those answers, how should that person be treated?
You are being unrealistic to the point of ignorance in expecting an accurate answer when you don't post any facts.moto said:Some of you senior members behave like children. I asked a question and received an answer. I did not reject an answer nor comment. If you did not like my stating a fact in my case without an explanation that is your problem. If you nose is out of joint due to my not commenting you have an authority problem. Your being presumptious when you do not know any facts.
Who's "we"? Got a mouse in your pocket?Grow up we don't need immature people here.
I believe it may be a strech to say the senior members being reffered to are offering "frustrated attempts at replies" - obviously they have never matured from the 6th grade level and in their delusional minds think they are funny.CdwJava said:Facts and details help to keep replies on track. Failure to provide certain KEY details leads to either NO replies, inaccurate replies, or frustrated attempts to reply. Most of us do not feel like publishing a treatise on the current status of statutory and case law outlining all the circumstances under which an arrest might be lawful in his state when it would be far simpler for the poster to outline the circumstances. In this case, the nature of the offense and the circumstances surrounding the officer's entry into the home would have been a HUGE help.
