Sir, dont distract from the fact that, the cops searched the boy, they found the drugs, charged him with maybe a felony, we don't even know if this lady is in the US, and how was his constitutional right violated? I'm always on the cops side, they had PC because they have been watching the dealer, the streets, and the drugs, before kiddo stumbled onto the scene. They smelled the drugs on him, there cops, they totally got insight like that.
Just because hes supposedly a clean cut kid, with a private school education, he should be allowed to deal drugs up and down the block, because he hides the stuff in his underwear? no.
The Lawyer where ever this lady is, already said there is no case for Illegal S&S.. and as far as I can tell, mom just wants someone else to blame for her kid screwing up.
