Hi, I'm a Ukrainian citizen, my wife too. I'm living in Illinois.
I have a green card, I read that I can Invite my wife to USA with a form I-130. Does this process really take 4-5 years for her to come??? Or how long does it usually takes. With that waiting list stuff and etc...
