I recently received another Minor in Consumption. I am 20 years old and will be turning 21 in 2 months and blew a .01 BAC. I have already done my pre-trail diversion and finished probation for my other charge of Minor in Consumption. The legal system here sucks and I have no idea what to expect and lawyers want to charge me hundreds of dollars. I appreciate your help!
