Who's taunting who now? I've said I was in the wrong and I'm trying to be mature about this. To refute your points:

A) I doubt he's stronger than me, I think he had better technique. Plus shorter arms make arm wrestling easier to win. While I'm not the strongest person in the world, I'm a relatively tall adult and Jacob does not look strong at all.

B) I would hope he would be smarter than me when I'm half drunk, unfortunately he wasn't. We were equally immature at the time.

I don't know why I have to explain myself to someone who is supposed to be impartial about everything. And your notion that embarrassed people shouldn't speak out is dangerous, e.g. rape victims.
The difference being he's a minor and you're a legal adult.

You weren't acting immature. You were being rude, and you're still being rude.

So, we have an OP publicly intoxicated (illegal) under 21 (also illegal) picking on a minor... And OP thinks he's the wounded party.

Hopefully OP is only visiting from the UK.
It's not like I was driving/passed out on a bench. And a guilty party can also be a wounded party, if I was drunk and got stabbed for example.

You were drunk and belligerent. It may not be crime of the century, but it is a misdemeanor. Toss in that you are under the legal age to drink, and you don't think you did anything wrong and yeah, you should be glad you didn't get in trouble.

You are not in the UK. When in the US, attempt to abide by US laws.

You are comparing yourself to a rape victim? Are you kidding me? The only thing you're a victim of is your own stupidity. YOU did this to yourself. You are NOT a victim, and the fact that you're comparing your drunken stupidity to a victim of a sexual assault is laughable. At best.

I'm not thinking of actually suing him, I just would like to know hypothetically whether it's possible to sue him based on this and how much money I would get. This is just to satisfy my own curiosity, I wouldn't want to take him to court since I was in the wrong (due to my drunk state, I don't usually behave like this) and am aware of this, even though he was definitely in the wrong as well. Plus it's a very bizarre situation and I'm not sure it'll be believed!
The problem you have is that even if you had a good cause of action (meaning that he did something for which you could sue) you have suffered no legally recognized damages. The minute or so of discomfort and any embarrassment get you nothing.

Drinking leads to people doing stupid things and can get them in trouble. That is especially true when the person drinking is a teen or in their early 20s. I suggest you start learning to drink responsibly so you don’t continue to make a fool of yourself or worse in the future.

Oh my Lord. Of course he was immature - he's 14! YOU are the one who claims to be "a man". The BOY even gave you an advantage by using his "weaker" arm. Yet you're the one here whining.

And who said we are supposed to be impartial about ANYthing here? Wait, lemme guess..... you didn't read the ToS.

Now let me give you a piece of advice - the condom goes on your little head. So you don't pass along your lack of intellectual prowess to a little person.

I'm obviously not comparing myself to rape victims, I'm just saying that your way of thinking would be bad in a sexual assault case.

I was a victim, you weren't there he was arrogant (from using his weak hand) and attempting to be intimidating. I wouldn't have apologized otherwise. I'm starting to think you're all Jacob Sartorius fans or just people scared of defamation.

You really weren't a victim in your described situation, throwawayacc.

Thinking of yourself as a victim appears only an attempt by you to excuse your behavior and belies your statement that you are "usually mature."

Please avoid alcohol until you are old enough to drink and, when you are 21, please drink responsibly.

Good luck.

I just would like to know hypothetically whether it's possible to sue him based on this No. It is not possible to sue him based on this. And if you tried, you would lose not only the case, but a few feet of hypothetical skin when the judge tore strips out of you for wasting his time.

and how much money I would get. If you were really lucky, you might get away with only losing the filing fee. Depending on your state law, which I am not at all interested in looking up for you, you could conceivably be fined by the court for filing a frivolous lawsuit and maybe end up paying his legal fees.

I hope that this is now clear to you.

FYI, I had to Google who the kid is. In no way, shape or form a fan.

You obviously do not have young daughters. :)

Sartorius has not become Bieber-obnoxious yet but his music is similar. Not horrible.

My youngest child is 31, so yeah. And my radio is permanently tuned to the local classical stations, with other buttons set for NPR and (as a concession to DH) the station that broadcasts the Red Sox games.

Can you see my envy from there? :D

LOL I had to look him up, too.

When I am not forced to listen to Fox, I have either silence (aaahh) or an eclectic collection of music...
