What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Oklahoma

Hi! I am just trying to find out if anyone is fimiliar with the laws of a Bank Account Levy in Oklahoma. My ex-husband is 2 years behind on child support and spousal support payments. Oklahoma Child Support Enforcement has tried garnishing his wages but every time they get it in place he quits his job so they have only been able to get $60 max at one time this route. OCSE placed a levy on his bank account 9-26-08. He tried to dispute the levy on 10-24-08 but I got a letter from the Attorney General dated 10-28-08 that said they are not releasing the levy. I called CSE to ask when I would receive the money (I dont even know an amont, but any is better then nothing) but they just said whenever the bank sends them the money they would send it to me. I am very greatful that they have went to so much trouble to help me in trying to collect the support so I didnt want to seem pushy at all. So I was just wondering if anyone knows how long the bank has before they have to release the money to the state? Any help is greatly appreciated!:)What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
