He is disabled. His wife works and she pays the mortgage on this home. She refinanced a few years ago and didn't add your brother's name to the deed. You have a problem with this. It sounds to me like this is her home, not really their home. She doesn't need to add him to the deed.

The only correction I'd make to this would be to replace "home" with "house".
