Ooohh Ooohh I'm ALWAYS up for some hijack trivia from Wireless :D!
Whoo hooo... In honor of Veterans day, here goes.

Name the main actor who played on Born on the Fourth of July. Name the veteran he portrayed, and what war did he fight in?

The prize for today is a high five from the OP.

You go girl!!!

Now for your prize, I doubt the OP wants to give any of us a high five, so maybe you can give her a V8 knock on the head so she can see things more clearly.

... and thank you for playing the Veteran's Day edition of HIJACK TRIVIA

Our thanks to all of our Veterans. Appreciation for your sacrafices is such a small token.

OP, I want you to understand something. For this moment in time yes, your son is indeed a criminal. Maybe not personally, but his ACTIONS (or lack of) are. Now, what he chooses to do with this incident and afterwards will determine whether or not he STAYS a criminal. He may not be a bad kid, I understand that. But he made a very poor decision which placed him directly in a criminal situation of which he did nothing to both stop as well as fix. You need to realize that this is the place your son chose to put himself in and you are doing him no favors by convincing yourself and him otherwise. Instead you should be informing him that his actions put himself here and he must take his punishment like a big kid and go from there. If he steps up and accepts responsibility that may go a long way with a judge when the time comes for sentencing. You should try focusing on that.

If he does manage to escape a jail sentence maybe working rather than enjoying time with his friends for the holidays will teach him that things suck when you make bad choices.
Very important that this young man learns that work is a punishment for bad choices...

idiocy.

This does not constitute legal advice.
get your child an attorney.

non legal advice. take some parenting classes. it's cheaper then paying for your child's lifetime of legal fees. since he never ever does anything wrong.

but it's great to know more children are being brought up to stand by watching criminal actions then to DO something about it. now i know why my neighbors never called the cops. thanks.

That's what this site is for, right?????
Judgement day is comming, Lordy.
Again, I have consistently given you LEGAL advice to which you have ignored. You arent going to hear anything different than what ive told you from anyone. Not here, not from an attorney, and not from a judge. Trust me. But if you choose to ignore this than you are in for a very real wake up when you have to visit your son in the juvenile detention center he very well may end up in.
