Ld, try to read for a change. Your next door neighbor is not IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD. All drivers IN YOUR HOUSEHOLD must be listed or excluded. You can't be an occasional driver in the same household as the primary driver. It is assumed that all drivers in the household will drive all cars on at least a semi-regular basis because they have access to all the cars, so they all need to be accounted for when the policy is rated.

If your neighbor borrows your car and gets into an accident, BOTH of you need to be covered, and your insurance will cover both of you.
