ok bottom line from justalayman (it is more than just a name, it is what I am).but realize, you never answered my question to you.

you can sue anybody for just about anything today.
what you stated does not sound like anything you could reasonably sue for and have a chance of winning with the exception of signing an agreement you did not agree to. Chances are though s/he will say that after counseling, you apparently did agree with the proof being , you signed it. If you did not agree with it, you should not have signed it. What was the caliber of gun he used to get you to sign the agreement? None? Oh, then why did you sign it?

The other things, as you related them, no big deal. Each and everyone of them are normal in many circumstances. Now they may be of more importance but as I said, "as you related them" they are nothing.

On the contrary...There are far more pussies on here than dicks.

Now...Did you have a legitimate legal question?

Keep learning

It is alot of work to figure out answers to your questions. No one is going to give you answers. Not on this web site or over the phone with attorneys. Do your reseach, inclding civil rights if necessary, and make an appointment with an attorney who is part of a law group. Ask if you might get a consultation, what that costs and if possible to get a brief meeting to see if you have a case. Save yourself some money and never give anyone a retainer until you know all details in writing.

Here are two resources to find Ohio legal information:
www.ohiobar.org
www.cbalaw.org/resources

Good luck.

We are not privy to all of the facts of your case. So yes, you can sue, but you need to be consulting with an attorney to figure out definitively if your case would have turned out differently if other alternatives were pursued. You were shabbily represented, but you may be better served by filing a complaint with the state bar association. You might also have been misrepresented enough to be able to file a malpractice claim against him, but only another attorney can help you evaluate that. Are you willing to spend a few thousand in attorney fees to pursue this or would you rather go on with your life and forget about revenge?

I'm sure OP's legal question was solved with that legal advice. Maybe there's a medal in the mail heading your way, ask OP.

YOU can post here and you're not an attorney, so that makes you a d*ck head wanna be attorney for sure!
You got the answer to your legal question, if that's not want you wanted to hear, then you can go pay an attorney to tell you the same thing, anytime you want. No one is forcing you to keep posting here. Bye bye
