you can sue anybody for just about anything today.
what you stated does not sound like anything you could reasonably sue for and have a chance of winning with the exception of signing an agreement you did not agree to. Chances are though s/he will say that after counseling, you apparently did agree with the proof being , you signed it. If you did not agree with it, you should not have signed it. What was the caliber of gun he used to get you to sign the agreement? None? Oh, then why

The other things, as you related them, no big deal. Each and everyone of them are normal in many circumstances. Now they may be of more importance but as I said, "as you related them" they are nothing.
