Here's a good one for you. They tried to fire one of my coworkers and friend of mine for using a couple of profanity words on Facebook. They said we need to watch out how we conduct ourselves outside of work because we represent their company. Of course he won his case.
what do you mean: of course? Sorry but they can fire you for that. In fact, they can fire you just because they want to.

And sorry, but being too worn out to come to work because you've been playing with your own - and/or someone else's hoo-haw too often is NOT a valid reason for FMLA. If your HR really approved FMLA for this reason, they need to go back to HR school.
