What is the name of your state? California
I have an online school which offers non-degree career training for several occupations. We are licensed by BPPVE to operate in the State of California. However, we are on the Internet and students join from all over the country and sometimes from other countries as well. Are we breaking any law when we accept students from other states into the program? It is obviously not feasible to go though the licensing procedure in all of the remaining 49 states (the procedure in California alone was a nightmare).
Thank you.
