What is the name of your state? OK
Im working on my Interrogs/Discovery. On one such schedule I need to list 'every item of personal property now owned that was acquired during the marriage' then gives dates of purchase, costs, etc.
How specific does this need to be? Exactly WHAT is considered an 'asset'? Surely not old bath towels, junk furniture, dishes that are 6 yrs old, etc. Wouldnt an asset be only those item that have a value? (not a yardsale value)
Most of our household stuff has no value, except MAYBE a few bucks. LOL
~Thanks
