So, quick update...
Sis and I went to the same police station to file the report.
Luckily, there was another officer there that took the time to listen and file the report. (I'm guessing it helped that bf and i were there as well)...
In any case, we filed the report and he told us to follow up with investigators this week and blablabla... so we'll see what happens there...
One thing that caught my attention and quite honestly pissed me off... The 2 officers that turned my sis down on friday to file the report were there... and were watching an action packed movie very very loudly ON THE POLICE STATION'S COMPUTER, talking on their cell phones and could've cared less that we were right next to his window trying to talk to the only officer that was willing to help us.
I left with a feeling that our tax money pays for certain officers to be ***holes to us, the tax payers... What happened to their vow of protecting the community?
It's quite sad that I had to do my own research and PROVE to the police that we had rights to file a police report.
Sorry for venting... You guys are awesome... If it wasn't for this website I would've never known a lotta things...
