I am not a lawyer but I watch a lot of TV (starting with Starsky & Hutch thru Law and Order:We Ran Out of Names).
Oh yeah - my first legal source would be a guy who claims S&H and L&O as resources.

I don't be dogging Law & Order! I watch it all the time. I especially loved it when Jimmy Smitts was on it. ;) (Rest in peace, Jerry Orbach.)
Jimmy Smits was never ON L&O, peeps. He played Bobby Simone on NYPD Blue and Victor Sifuentes on LA Law.

Boy, stealth, are we having a bad day? Did you notice the wink icon after that sentence? It's unfortunate that I can't inflect my verbal tone into these postings. If so, you'd realize how funny I am! :D I know Smits was on NYPD Blue and Benjamin Bratt was on L & O. I love those new NFL commercials with Bratt. Yowzer!

Well, driver, it's your lucky day. I just stumbled across your post. I am not a lawyer but I watch a lot of TV (starting with Starsky & Hutch thru Law and Order:We Ran Out of Names). All you have to do is ask the guy if he's a cop. If he says no, and you get busted, the case gets thrown out cuz he lied to you. If he does do some of the drugs with you, and you get popped, I would place him under a citizens arrest, just to turn the tables. Maybe he'll get scared and just forget the whole arresting you for soliciting the sales of a controlled substance thing.

BTW, this was all tongue in cheek. Just thought I should clarify that, in case your head isn't as clear as it should be now. :D
Try watching COPS a few times then because you are wrong. A cop does not have to admit to being a cop just because you ask him, he can lie. Some times to throw you off they will ask you if you are a cop.

Do you have any clue what "tongue in cheek" means? Uh, nevermind.

1) It wasn't my hole post.

2) As long as you keep your tongue out of my "hole post", I suppose I can forgive and forget
Dirty minds! I had a few comments but I don't want Mary to kick me off. :p

My response:

Don't worry. I've been trying to get kicked off for the last 4 years, and nothing seems to phase her!

Even when I call people idiots

I was wondering why you've left me alone so long? Mary won't kick you off because you're entertaining. She always closes my threads.
