What is the name of your state? Alabama.

I have 3 separate occasions I want to discuss.

1st - I was suspended for a first offense GMP violation. I later learned a co-worker had done the same thing but was first written up, then suspended on his second offense.

2nd - I was getting harassed almost daily over break duration, but I wasn't the one taking excessively long breaks. Even after explaining this to the supervisor the harassment continued until I went to the plant manager.

3rd - For the last 3 weeks my co-worker has been really slacking off work, even going out of his way to cause more work for me. On multiple occasions I went to supervisor/management/HR to explain the situation. Yesterday I was removed from my position, then today I was given the option to either stop bringing up the issue or hit the front door.

Based on your post, nothing illegal or even improper has occurred. You have been given your options by your employer - now it's time to make a choice.

I had already made my choice, I was just looking into post-choice options. I guess question now is what would constitute discrimination of not a pattern of favoring one group of employees over another?

We all discriminate every day (I'm wearing my blue shirt today. I'm taking main street instead of first street. Etc.) Not all forms of discrimination are illegal. Treating employees differently is not illegal so long as such treatment is not based on a protected characteristic (age [in certain instances], sex, religion, etc.)

Is it the robins' egg blue I like so much?

Yeah, I really didn't want to get into the whole racial aspect of the situation. I just don't know if it's worth it. Looks like I should just chalk it up to poor management and move on.
