Appalling. To say the least. As f-ed up as Ohio is, I am glad they don't do that here.

And that is why in my motion to dismiss, I'm asking for her to pay for my atttorney fees.

Just an observation. Personally, I would rather have my tax dollars assisting parentswith legal aid, who are trying to obtain visitation, or work out custody and child support issues, than defending dopers and violent felons. But that is just me.!! (Of course, the gramma thing with Russia, well that is different all together).
