Is it ok to use a recorded screen of websites for video course?

Hello, I live in NY.

I'm developing a video course (using camtasia screen recording software) on how to get website traffic.

I was wondering if it's ok to take online screen recordings of websites - to talk
about their features and how these websites can help my buyers.

Is this ok, or do I need to get permissions from these websites?
copyrights, etc?
