No, all that tells me is that is what the tittle is SUPPOSED to say. You have not in fact seen the title so you can not tell me what it says or does not say. I am telling you it does not, anywhere on the title state that.

Okay. You still do not have a valid case against the dealer. Since you have stated your title is orange (salvage), the state (who issues the title) was aware of the salvage status. Whether the state overlooked the statement or not is an issue to be taken with them.... and they have immunity from civil claims when the error arises in their normal course of business.
