You don't have a case and there is nothing to fight. File for unemployment and look for a new job.

If you filed a claim with the EEOC, then in 6 months or a year you will get a right-to-sue letter, which will do you no good because since you have no evidence of any illegal discrimination, no lawyer will be interested in representing you. Unless of course you pay a large retainer, which just means you'll find one to tell you supportive things and spend your money and ultimately get you nothing.
