I've remarried...old name on complaint

I was served by Midland Funding LLC. The last name on papers is my exhusbands last name. I've remarried. I am working on my Answer but need to find out which name to use ??? Did i sign my Answer as it's listed?

No, you sign your name as it is and then write, "formerly XXX" In other words, Jane Doe, formerly Smith.
