Has anyone used this company to help with their problems with IRS? We paid them and they did not follow thru on their end and we ended up filing our own appeal. They only refunded a portion of our moeny saying they "started a file" on us. They would never provide us with an accounting of the money they kept and we tried every which way to get it back to no avail.

Try contacting the state attorney general and ask them if they can make the company send you an accounting.

You could also serve them with a subpoena duces tecum (produce documents or else!). You can probably find a sample form in the web.

anyone considering using JK Harris, DO NOT. They signed you up for services that you will never qualify for. The IRS settles only 1% of all Offer in Compromises submitted. The only thing they will do consistently is deduct you payment from your account. If you take them to small claims and get your judgement, getting your money is a whole other story.

STAY AWAY !!!
