Not sure this is relevant, but isn't Child Support Enforcement denying passports to folks who are in arrears?
Yes.
This is another case of agencies not communicating.
Family court ordered him to inform the consulate of his passport restrictions (due to threats of taking children) Nobody is there to monitor this, so it never happened.
Then, child support put in place their passport restrictions.....for US passports!
My mistake for not making sure that they knew he was a green card holder.
