I live in Florida
My husband and I own a house and property that is in both our names. My father paid off the mortgage about 10 years ago and my husband hasn't worked in over two years and has contributed next to nothing to our bills or the house. Is there any way I can keep from having to sell my house and give him what he does NOT deserve?
He moved out his clothes and some of his stuff today can he make me sell it and have no where to go?
Do I have any rights?
What do I do and where can I turn I have no money and can't even pay the bills right now?!
