I was going to mention that Stealth but without going back to his posts didn't he claim that he's always paid support? I couldn't remember but it is a good point to make.

Penny, if he wants to play hardball with you with his rights.. you can play right back by following that order to the letter and not budging. I don't always recommend this to people as it generally doesn't hurt to be a little loose with it (allow other to pick up, give time that isn't specified), but this man isn't doing it for the best interest of his child or because he even wants to be a part of his life... he'd doing it for two reasons.... Mommy wants him to and is will to fund it for him and he gets to get under your skin.
