Resolution!

Just wanted to post and give an update - after many phone calls and negotiations, I was able to settle the judgement for 60% of the total in one lump sum payment. Because of all the support I received on this forum, the attorney's office even agreed to file to vacate the judgement!
I am so grateful to have stumbled on this site - this is my first experience with this kind of forum and it has been nothing but positive. I would have never been able to walk into that attorney's office today without the assistance I received here.
