:( My daughter of 13, was outside of our apartment complex with friends, and was told by an individual not to play there. I told them this was ok to play there. The adult kept on harrassing the 4 children for approx. 2 hours. Evidently she sang a song with a cuss word and the woman called the police 4 times, when they finally came out. My daughter was issued a citation for disorderly conduct, the police said they have the video the woman took of it. I being the concerned parent requested to view, and was turned down, I then had to go to court with her and advise her on how to plead without viewing the video, nor seeing the report...They now say that the police officer is the complaintent, and I am up against the State of Texas.. I am a nurse not a lawyer.. Please any advise would be helpful...
