In Wisconsin, if a legal guardian is PRESENT and gives CONSENT, a juvenile my consume alcohol. Well, that's what I and my parents were led to believe. The bar tender didn't have a problem; it was a New Year's Eve celebration with my parents, uncle, and two close friends of the family at a resort bar/lounge.
Is it the same in Oklahoma? Is this kind of thing determined at the State level? Just curious.
I'm 20 now and can wait another year, I got talking with some friends of mine and that started this search. Thank you.
