Since you seem to want someone to speculate on what the answer might be, here's an answer for you; claiming "you're not my father" will only affect her inheritance rights if it was said on the 3rd Sunday of the month, at 11:42PM on the night of a blue moon, while standing on her head, immediately after singing Oh, Canada in French 3 times. Happy now?
