What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You have no rights to the grandaughter. Your son writing a piece of paper for visitation is worthless unless its a court order.... Even if he had court order YOU would have no rights because you have no legal rights. You can not be a POA so you can use HIS rights because again you have no rights to your grandaughter... The mother has every right to keep grandaughter from you. She doesnt need to give you address,phone number nothing.
