no,but i will look into it,thank you for your advice. i don't know how easements work or if there is a certain amount they can use for easements

its really not the point in compensation,its more that its my land and taxes are paid and they can come in and use your land for what ever they want to build on it, thank you

well, ultimately, they can take your property through eminent domain. They have to pay you market value for the property but in the end, there really isn't much you can do to prevent them from buying the land if they want it.

I didn't notice the username and associate it with the other post. If this is the land involved in the other thread, there is nothing you can do about this at all since you do not own the land.

no,this is land that is out in the country,used for pasture land

Until you determine what the title records show they are legally entitled to use, you cannot know if they used more than that amount.
