Want to buy a local pizza shop that's for sale and not sure about the buying process? I know that its more than just handing over cash and receiving the keys. What is a basic agenda or legal process when buying business with cash? Should a lawyer draw something up, If so what should be included or should I use a purchase form that can be bought and downloaded online...have it notarized??? Please help!!!
