What is the name of your state? Father in Georgia, Child in Pennsylvania. My boyfriend has a daughter that he hasn't seen in 2 years because the mother keeps moving around and does not let him know where they are. He would like to have some visitation rights to his daughter. How does he go about doing this? He wasn't married to his daughter's mother. Which state has jurisdication?

The state of the child's legal residence would have jurisdiction if they have never been to court on custody/visitation matters. That would be PA if the child has lived there for at least 6 months.
