What is the name of your state? I live in Little Rock, AR. My 17 y/o son purchased a car w/o my knowledge in June 2005 and now here it is August 2005 and the engine has to be replaced. First of all, what options do we have under the lemon laws of this state? Secondly, Can we nullify this contract being that my son was under the age of 18 when he made this agreement? And How?
